Both are NETGEAR AV Line switches: fully managed, but shipped with profiles for the protocols an AV rack actually runs — Dante, NDI, AES67, Q-SYS and others — so the switch can be set up from the front by someone who works in AV rather than networking. NETGEAR IGMP Plus handles the multicast side, which is where video-over-IP usually falls over on a general-purpose switch.
